Personal Development & Mentoring
“What a man can be, he must be. This need we call self-actualization.”
— Abraham Maslow
Personal Development
*Emphasis on PERSONAL… Each person has a unique set of needs and circumstances they must address in order to achieve a sense of fulfillment and self-actualization in life.
The hurdles, past traumas and limiting beliefs are all specific to that individual and must be addressed as so.
There is not one answer that solves the equation of homelessness. Many supporting factors add up to the solution.
-
Survival needs: Air, food, water, warmth, shelter, hygiene
-
Health, security, personal property, income, resources
-
Belonging, family, relationships, intimacy, feeling connected
-
Confidence, respect for/by others, freedom, societal status, achievement, recognition
-
Education, discovery, awareness
-
Personal development, fulfillment of ambitions
“You’re the average of the five people you spend the most time with.”
— Jim Rohn
